It's final time. Here's a few things that will be helpful...

The final will cover Chapters 1,2, and 10-13. The most important chapters are 10 and 11. It is worth 12.5% of your overall grade, so it could move you up or down 1 grade.

Click here for a copy of the entire book (big file)

How to study for the final:
1. If your journal is good, review all your warm-ups, notes and review questions. Many of the warm-up questions will be on the test.
2. Review the BioDigests for units 1, 3 and 4 in the whale book.
3. Review the Study Guide pages at the end of each chapter on the final. Even better, copy the key ideas a few times and review them as much as possible.
4. Review the vocabulary words below and definitions for each chapter covered. Make flash cards or use another vocabulary technique or strategy to memorize them. Ideally, you should be able to define or describe each term in your own words.
5. Google. Look up vocabulary words or concepts you don't understand.
6. Review the old/graded work and tests that were returned to you in class.
7. Form study groups.
